LOVE Island star Zachariah Noble has revealed that he is set to “retire” from fame as he pledges to change his life.
The basketball player, who found love with Molly Marsh on the ITV2 dating show last year, said he had been too busy having “temporary fun” and not focusing on what’s important.
Zach, 26, said he plans to quit smoking and drinking after months of “following the crowd” since leaving the villa.
He told his fans on Instagram: “Tomorrow I quit drinking and smoking. Nights out. Late nights. Junk food.
“Dedicating the next 6 months of my life to the gym.
“I’m retired. Boots have been hung up.
“If you want to buck me, I’ll be in the gym. Greatness is only a choice away.
“Time I stop messing out. This cheers is to the grind.
“Documenting/educating how dedication and focus can change your life.”
Zach also admitted that he wanted to step away from influencer world to work on his health and fitness.
He added: “It’s so easy to get caught up in this ‘temporary fun’.
“Stepping out, social media, alcohol are all temptations that hold you back and distract you from what really matters in life.
“Everyone here has a screen time above five hours a day.
“Them hours don’t stop adding up. Imagine who you’d be if you actually just applied yourself.
“I’ve never been a sheep. So need to stop following the crowd.
“If you ain’t grinding in this life then what are you living for.
“Quit trying to impress people by joining them on their level.
“Embarrass them but levelling up above.”
Molly made it to the Love Island final with Zachariah last July.
But fans have recently been left worried over a potential split for the pair.
Zach appeared to add fuel to the fire, telling fans in a cryptic post: “It might not be easy, but it’ll be worth it.”
Whilst Molly lived in Doncaster with her family, Zach is based in London and previously admitted he would not be moving up North in order to be closer to the star.
However, despite sparking speculation over their current status, Zach previously told The Sun that he laughs off any speculation that he and Molly are on the verge of calling it quits.
The brother of Snoochie Shy said last year: “I have a bit of a laugh when I hear about split rumours.
“You can see on my past posts that I make a joke about me and Molly breaking up, when she’s actually in the background.
“It’s so easy to find the negative in things. At the end of the day, the world is the world.
“I’m not one to take it seriously, say what you want, I know what’s going on in my life and if I know the facts then whatever is out there, I don’t take it to heart, it’s just silent noise.”
