A BEAUTY enthusiast has revealed that she follows anti-aging tips that worked for her mom.
She was all smiles as she posed for a photograph alongside the 72-year-old who could be mistaken for being decades younger.

She took to the social media platform to reveal the latest anti-aging tip that she learned from her age-defying mom.
“More sometimes strange anti-aging tips I learned from my Japanese mom,” she said.
“Kakato Otoshi, heel drop.”
Dr. Mamina shared a clip of her mom doing an exercise, which involved holding onto a stable surface and then raising her heels off the ground.
Her mom beamed as she spoke about feeling a “vibration” throughout her body.
“Let’s talk about this funny maneuver my mom does to boost her circulation,” Dr. Mamina said.
“And keeps her 72-year-old legs looking so fine.”
She revealed the “heel drop” exercise is an alternative to using a Chi machine, which can be “expensive or hard to find.”
She claimed the machine relaxes the body, promotes blood circulation and tissue oxygenation.
It also enhances lymphatic drainage, relieves vertebra joint pressure, and temporarily relieves minor muscle aches.
“Consider doing this heel drop exercise as an alternative,” Dr. Mamina said before holding up a magazine.
“According to this random Japanese health magazine, Kakato Otoshi or heel drop is the exercise of repeatedly lifting your heels and then dropping them to the ground.
“This exercise is supposed to help build leg muscle.
“The contraction of the stronger muscles can actually improve circulation.
“So as the muscles help the blood to circulate back to the heart, it can actually help with conditions like high blood pressure and heart disease.
“The boost in circulation is also supposed to help increase body temperature, metabolic rate, and immunity.”
Dr. Mamina found three studies online that claim the exercise can also help to prevent osteoporosis.
Her mom said she does up to 100 heel drops each day and “feels good” afterward.
The video racked up over 293,000 likes after going viral and thousands of people took to the comment section to share their opinions.
“72? Damn good for her! She looks better than me and I’m 33 LOL,” one person wrote.
“Her legs are BLOWING MY MIND. Seriously, mine didn’t even look that young at 12. Not even exaggerating. Awful DNA from mine,” another said.
“Wow that’s dope! Any more fountain of youth tips? Your mom looks absolutely stunning! I never would have thought she was 70! I would have said 50,” a third chimed in.

The post came after the 72-year-old previously revealed she drinks tea made from dried onion skin to rejuvenate her appearance.
