PADDY McGuinness will tell all on his split from ex-wife Christine in a new show based on his life and divorce.
The 50-year-old presenter and model Christine, 35, shocked fans when they announced their split in July 2022 after 11 years of marriage.
Until now Paddy has refrained from speaking publicly about the break-up but now it seems he’s ready to have his say.
Comedian Josh Pugh has revealed the dad-of-three is piloting a new mocumentary to the BBC which will document his life – including recent years.
He told British Comedy Guide: “Paddy McGuinness is doing a spoof documentary of his life and in that documentary he is mentoring me as a stand-up. It’s about his divorce.”
Last year Christine – who shares twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and six-year-old Felicity with Paddy – previously confessed she was “unhappy for a long time” in her marriage.
During an appearance on Loose Women, she said: “I know that I’ve stayed in a place where I was probably unhappy because it was safe and I don’t like change.
“And ultimately, I wanted to keep my family together.”
She and Paddy still live together for the sake of their kids, who have all been diagnosed with autism, but Christine has insisted that won’t always be the case.
Speaking to new! magazine, Christine said: “I’ve known Paddy for 15 years so I don’t know life without him.
“I like slow changes, and we’re alright – we’re family. It’s certainly not a long-term or forever plan.”
