KERRY Katona appears to have taken a swipe at I’m A Celebrity host Ant McPartlin as she compared their treatment within the entertainment industry.

But she feels like she wasn’t treated the same way as him after the Geordie presenter was checked into rehab after being charged with drink-driving in 2018.
Kerry said: “Ant had his own issues, when he crashed his car, it was a big, big story, yet eight months later he’s winning awards and it’s all forgotten about.”
The star went on to tell host Jackie Brambles, 55, that to this day, people still talk about her appearance on This Morning in 2008.

Kerry hit headlines at the time because of the way she was speaking and viewers thought she was drunk.
She claimed it was because of the medication she was on for bipolar disorder at the time.
Talking about the appearance, Kerry said: “How many years later and we’re still talking about it with me.”
She added: “I feel like I’ve been a beacon, got the beating for a lot of people but that is how women in this industry get treated.”
The mum-of-five believes that she’s “judged massively differently” because of how she was brought up, and the fact that she is a woman.
Kerry took drugs for the first time when she was just 14-years-old, and for years she used cocaine to help with her mental health issues and personal problems.
The star overcame her own addiction battle 11 years ago.
Back in 2018 Ant was fined £86k and banned from the road after pleading guilty to drink-driving.
