She took to the social media platform to share her anti-aging tips that could potentially replace a pricy Botox regimen.
Her number one Botox alternative is retraining the face.

Retraining the facial muscles is an age-old technique of avoiding harsh expressions so that lines do not form in the first place.
The technique mimics the effects of Botox, which paralyzes the muscle to minimize expressions.
“All Botox does is relax those facial muscles,” Dr. Locke said. “But did you know that you can actually decrease your own etched-in wrinkles if you drastically reduce the unnecessary use of those muscles?”

Dr. Locke offered advice on how to execute the Botox-free anti-aging method.
“First, identify your triggers for making these intense facial expressions,” she instructed.
“Just breathe,” she added. “This is also something that you can address.”
