A PLUS-SIZE woman has shared the slimming tips that she says changed her life and leveled up her wardrobe.
Body-positivity proponent Stephanie Lauren told viewers on TikTok some of her fashion hacks that she’s learned over time to make sure that she looks her absolute best.

Her clothing tricks are not only meant to slim and elongate the body subtly, but they also have the added bonus of boosting confidence.
Lauren doesn’t waste any time from the start of the video and jumps right into the first fashion tip.
“Let’s start creating different levels in your outfits,” she explains. “You know, you want to tuck your tops just so everything doesn’t sit at the widest part of your body.”

She then adds that wearing a cardigan that flows a little longer than your top accentuates your natural body shape.
“Covering my body in big, thick layers isn’t going to change how big my actual body is,” she sys in her second styling tip and a motivational message for viewers. “I had to remember that and just wear what I want to wear.”
For the last slimming hack, the Australia native switches up her style and dons a white bandeau with an open long-sleeved oversized silk shirt as a visual aid.
“Instead of covering myself in baggy clothes, I challenge myself to only wear one baggy item and the other two tight and that really elevates my look,” Lauren concludes.
