A MARRIED PCSO asked a vulnerable woman when she last had sex when attending a call about a noisy neighbour.
Thomas Daley, 49, bombarded her with 119 texts within a day of visiting her in July 2020.
He said he found her attractive and asked what kind of sex she liked.
Prosecutor Richard Cherrill said: “This of course was nothing to do with the complaint.”
Daley was arrested after the woman reported an unrelated incident and said he had pestered her.
He admitted misconduct and got a suspended jail term, plus 150 hours’ unpaid work.

The woman told him in an impact statement at Southwark crown court: “I let you into my house because I trusted you as the police and you were in a position of trust when you were in that uniform.
“You chose to do what you did because I was vulnerable.
“You don’t deserve to be in a position that is there to protect people.”
Daley, of Deal, quit the Kent force in December and now works in security.
