MARRIED At First Sight UK fans are convinced that Whitney has never seen the E4 dating show after viewers vowed to call Ofcom over one bride’s behaviour.
Whitney, 31, has been branded “the new show villain” after arguing with another bride in the first episode and mocking her groom’s Yugoslavian name.
One viewer even went as far as to call Whitney the “worst bride ever” after she threatened to pull out of the wedding.
Things went from bad to worse on the honeymoon, with the pair rowing during a safari park trip and Whitney branding Duka “fake” in an explosive showdown.
MAFS viewers think Whitney’s shock behaviour could only be down to her not understanding the concept of the show when she signed up.
One fan speculated: “Is anyone watching #MAFSUK because I have questions. LOTS of questions. Most of them centring around why Whitney applied for a programme she had clearly never watched or even heard about.”

Another viewer replied: “Because she’s just after her ‘five minutes of fame’. #MAFS”
A third said: “She has come across as vile, the nice part of me says it’s because she is damaged, the cynic says it is because all she wants is fame. Poor Duka.”
A fourth echoed: “Whitney is not a nice person, why did she even apply for the show. I do wonder if people have actually seen the show when they sign up. #MAFSUK#MarriedAtFirstSightUK”
“#MAFS Think you might be right, she’ll be famous for the wrong reasons,” one fan insisted.
Another added: “Whitney girl… did nobody explain the show to you or had you even seen it? The whole point is to marry a stranger, fs why she so shocked and up herself #MAFSUK”
One joked: “Omg, I have to put on a ring. Omg, I have to say these vows. Omg, I have to share this bed. Whitney think she was signing up for Ex On The Beach or something? #MAFS”
Now, viewers of the hit e4 show have vowed to call TV watchdog Ofcom over Whitney’s treatment of Duka.
One person wrote on social media: “Wow @Channel4 really did Duka dirty. Your experts really went & matched a sweet gentleman with that Whitney, who’s a self-centred rude and disrespectful person.
“Why go on the show and not give it 100%? Duka doesn’t deserve this. Uncomfortable to watch @Ofcom.”
Another person said: “The casual xenophobia of not bothering to remember Duka’s name. And tittering with her mate about ‘funny’, belittling versions of it. Can somebody call Ofcom?” followed by an angry face.
In the first episode, which aired on August 29, 2022, viewers were left shocked as Whitney shunned her new husband.
Whitney has also been accused by Married At First Sight viewers for trying to “gaslight” Duka, with one person writing online: “Whitney gaslighting Duka get her out,” while another added: “Whitney Gaslighting much? She really is unpleasant.”
A third in agreement said: “Major redflags with Whitney, regardless with what’s being said behind camera, major gaslighting going on rn.”
While a fourth added: “There’s a line between being difficult and being emotional abusive, and Whitney is emotional abusive from the way she acts, to the way she says things. She’s literally gaslighting Duka into believing she’s too good for him.”
Shortly after she and Duka said their vows, Whitney was seen having a conversation with a friend and confessed she couldn’t remember her new husband’s name.
But things got worse when the newlyweds got back to their hotel room – with Whitney appearing to mock Duka’s name.
The Married At First Sight UK star told him: “I’m really bad with names.”

A surprised Duka replied: “You can’t remember my name?” and Whitney then called out a series of names, saying: “Dipsy? Datcha? Dukna?”
Whitney also threatened to pull out of the wedding at the altar and rolled her eyes when Duka said his vows.
