A PLACE In The Sun fans were left raging over a ‘nit-picky’ guest who found faults with every house.
Fans of the popular Channel 4 lifestyle series, were left fuming and bashed the guest for complaining about every minor detail at different house viewings.
House hunters Lee and Louise traveled to Villamartin, south of Spain’s Costa Blanca, to find their ideal three-bed villa, with a budget of £212,000.
The couple wanted to get a private pool on the property, which they said had to be within a 20-minute reach to the beach and amenities.
Confident she could pull this off, presenter Leah King-Charles set off on a mission to find these cash buyers their perfect holiday home.
Leah chatted to the pair at the beach and said she had a good feeling that they were “an easy-going couple”, but later on Leah discovered her judgement was far from true.

After showing the pair the first property, Louise didn’t like it and said it had a “dungeon-like” basement.
Moving on to the second one, Leah showed the couple a home with a more modern look and a spacious lounge and dining room area.
The property host asked the couple what their thoughts were on this one and they initially replied: “Nice, it seems to go on forever.”
Although the couple seemed to like the second property, the only thing holding them back was the basement area, which they weren’t fond of.
When she looked at the furniture, she said: “The only apprehension I have is you said it’s three bedrooms, so it’s at least six people.”
The couple told Leah that they wanted to be closer to the beach, but Leah said it would be “tough with their budget”, but she said she would try her best.
For the third property, the buyers told Leah that they wanted to be closer to the beach, but still stick within the budget.
Leah then took the couple to see the swimming pool, which she later revealed to them was a communal pool.
Leah said: “So welcome, this is a communal pool that is shared with 27 other properties.”
Louise didn’t look too happy, and raised her eyebrows at the sight of the communal pool.
“27 for this one pool?” Louisa asked.
She added: “It’s not big enough, I think it’s too small for the amount of properties, I can also see there’s a lot of bins over there, so it looks like we’re opposite a tip.”
Viewers blasted the couple for being difficult and ‘nit picking’ all the time.
One viewer said: “Stop nit-picking! She moans about everything,”
Another complained: “”I think Leah needs a round of applause for putting up with these two.”.
Another said: “They are just awful….. rude and aggressive or what.”
A fourth echoed: “Louise is actually sulking. Why are they so aggressive towards poor Leah?”
After viewing a few different properties, some within their budget and some not, the couple eventually settled on one property and made an offer.
But their offer was declined, and even after going back and forth with counter-offers, the couple unfortunately were not able to secure a property
