WWE have made more cuts with several top stars axed with Triple H creating the new NXT Europe.
The reimagining of the NXT UK brand and its talent will launch next year.
On the project, WWE Vice President of Talent Development Creative, Shawn Michaels, said: “Following the success of our live events and talent identification efforts throughout all of Europe, we believe this is the perfect time to expand NXT beyond the UK.”
However, a number of top stars have confirmed their departure from WWE following the announcement.
On Twitter, Flash Morgan Webster announced his release, saying: “As of today WWE and I have come to terms with the terms of my release.
“I want to thank them for all the opportunities they gave me over last 5 years and looking after me through injury. Excited to see what’s next. See you all soon.”

Mark Andrews wrote: “After six great years with WWE, my time with the company has now come to an end. Excited to see what’s next.”
Millie McKenzie tweeted: “Thanks for the memories @WWE.”
Ashton Smith described his WWE journey as “One hell of a ride.”
Other names who have announced their release on social media include Dani Luna, Dave Mastiff, Primate, Nina Samuels, Sha Samuels, Jack Starz and Wild Boar.

WWE are set to have their first show in the UK for the first time in 30 years on September 3.
Clash at the Castle, will place at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
