THE pressure of keeping up with all his tasks became too hard to handle for Kevin Webster.
But Coronation Street fans were more floored when they realised how old his son Jack actually was.
A notorious family man in Weatherfield, the beloved mechanic portrayed by Michael Le Vell can never do enough to make sure his loved ones are safe and happy.
During last night’s instalment of the ITV soap, Kevin prepared himself to welcome his wife Abi and her son Alfie back home.
Meanwhile, his son Jack got ready to attend primary school for the last time and his father gushed over his educational milestone, despite tensions flaring up between them.
Corrie viewers were baffled to learn the youngster is supposed to be eleven years old.

Actor Kyran Bowes, who has been portraying Jack since 2016 after he took over the role from twins Jaxon and Maddox Beswick, celebrated his fifteenth birthday on April 28.
This means he’s halfway through his high school experience off-screen.
Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
“Why does Kev put up with Jack talking to him like that? He’s supposed to be in his last year at primary school! Y6! He looks about 16!”, one viewer penned, adding a crying laughing emoji.
Another echoed: “Did I just hear right Jack Webster is only 11? I’m sure he’s about 14.”
“Refuse to believe it’s Jack’s last day at primary, secondary surely?”, a third agreed as another fan commented: “Jack has got to be the oldest looking primary school kid I’ve ever seen.”
One viewer quipped: “Jack reminds me of that Brandon Lee bloke who pretended to be a schoolkid in his 30s.”

Jack was seen asking for money from his father as he wanted to dart off to the cinema with his friends straight after school.
This was after he’d been told off for getting into a fight in retaliation to being bullied in school.
But Kevin was already swamped enough as it is and eventually broke down while trying to take care of Stephen Reid’s car after his apprentice Aaron failed to fix it properly.
Viewers stared in shock as Kevin lost his composure, pushed to his wit’s end by the businessman’s behaviour, and smashed the vehicle up.
Stephen then made a shock report to the police, leaving fans convinced he’s only out to get money however he can.
