HOME BARGAINS is selling a cooling mat to help you sleep better through the summer months – and it will only set you back £3.99.
With temperatures set to hit 34 degrees across the UK today, millions of people will be looking for ways to stay cool overnight without breaking the bank.
The bargain mat from Home Bargains has a self cooling inner gel, which is designed to react to your body temperature and absorb excess heat.
It’s not just for the heatwave either – according to Home Bargains, it can also help relieve pain and discomfort from injuries.
The mat can be placed inside pillows or on a seat, and is small enough to carry around with you in case you want to take to the office or in the car on a hot day.
Home Bargains’ website recommends placing it in the fridge for an hour before use for the best results.

It measures 51 X 33.5cm in size and when not in use should be stored at room temperature.
Shoppers have praised the product online, with many posting on the Money Saver By Dansway Facebook page.
One fan raved: “My advice. Get two – use one, cool one.”
While another advised: “These are great for migraines.”
One person simply said: “I need this,” while another added: “Really tempted.”
Home Bargains isn’t the only place you can grab a pad, so fear not if there’s not a store near you.
The Range is also selling cooling pads for a slightly pricier £5.99.
Its version is also slightly smaller at 40x30cm but it reacts to increased temperatures and there’s no need to put it in the fridge.
When The Sun checked on its website, they were unavailable – but it could be worth checking in stores.
Amazon UK also has a range of cooling pads on offer – but for pets.
Aldi also had some for £5.99 – although if you want to get them delivered it will cost you an extra £2.95 for standard delivery.

You fill it with water and freeze it, and it will set you back a cool £2.
