BRIANA DeJesus has opened up about her feelings towards her baby daddy Luis Hernandez in an emotional scene on Teen Mom 2.
The reality star shares her four-year-old daughter Stella with her ex, though he has been absent for most of the tot’s life.
Briana shared her frustration with Luis to her mother, Roxanne, after a visit with the 31-year-old on Tuesday’s episode.
The mom-of-two looked drained while detailing their conversation where her ex listed “excuses” as to why he has not been around.
After Roxanne asked if Luis asked for updates about their daughter’s heart condition, Briana was teary-eyed, revealing: “He did not say anything. Nothing came out of his mouth.”
Briana’s youngest child was born with three holes in her heart, causing a series of health issues over the years.

Fans recently learned that the little one needed to wear a heart monitor after a scary hospital visit.
The young mom continued to get upset over her ex’s behavior, admitting not much had changed since their last interaction.
“He said he’s sorry, he’s going to do better, like every other conversation,” Briana recalled.
Roxanne then mentioned Stella’s “great” relationship with Briana’s older daughter Nova’s father Devoin Austin, noting: “but that’s not her father.”
“I’ve noticed that Stella is getting older, and she doesn’t understand it quite well yet, but it’s starting to click,” she continued as Briana wiped tears from her cheeks.
Roxanne also began to get emotional as she referenced Devoin’s bond with their pre-teen daughter.
“When Devoin says ‘Bye Nova, I love you,’ or he says ‘Novi, I love you,’ you could see Stella -” she said before breaking down in tears.
“You can’t take it away from Nova, but Stella not getting the same, that’s f***ing f**ked up,” Roxanne added.
Briana then walked out of the room as audio captured her sobbing in the bathroom.
Reddit users sympathized with the star as one person wrote: “Stella is too beautiful of a little soul to be dealing with this nonsense. Like girl I’d be hiding too if I had to talk to Luis tf Just allow Devoin to continue taking her and Nova for cute ice cream dates and keep it pushing.”
Another echoed the statement, writing: “Devoin…. taking Stella with him cuz he does not have to. I love how he includes her.
“Damn Luis, step it up already man. If you are going through depression let Stella be the reason you smile. Call her, let her brighten your day. Don’t make sh***y excuses. Be there for her. Smh.”
A third chimed in regarding Luis’ actions: “He will never get his s**t together, he always does the whole oh I’m sorry I swear I will be a better dad but this is coming from the same man that was off being a ‘dj’ in the same city his daughter lives in but never stopped by to see her sad af like dude didn’t even ask about her health smh.”
While another added: “It seems like Brianna is having the exact same conversations with Luis over and over again- when she was pregnant and now.”
After seeing Briana cry over Luis’ absence in last week’s episode, fans reacted similarly.
The 27-year-old tried to get through to Luis via his parents after he failed to show up to one of Stella’s hospital appointments.
Briana complained to her ex’s father that he “doesn’t visit” Stella and “doesn’t call to see how she’s doing.”
The TV star welled up as she said: “Hopefully, Luis can get his s**t together, and hopefully, you guys could do the same.
“And if not, that’s fine because I’ve been the best mom I can be, and if he doesn’t want to be in Stella’s life, he needs to let me know that.”
She continued with tears in her eyes: “I’m not gonna hate him, and we can take the necessary steps to remove him off the birth certificate… so that he’s not in my way of taking care of Stella.”
The upset mom concluded: “Right now, the first person that’s breaking Stella’s heart is her own dad.”
Viewers were heartbroken by the scene and rushed to the comments section of the official Teen Mom Instagram page to express their sadness.
One wrote: “Y’all might not like her but as a mother, she goes above and beyond by herself. This breaks my heart for Stella”
A second added: “She’s trying her best to give her kid’s father a chance but Luis is always messing up.”

Meanwhile, Briana’s ex Devoin is often praised for becoming a father figure to Stella as she often accompanies him and Nova, 10, on their outings.
