SIMON Cowell was beyond impressed with a dog act on Britain’s Got Talent that he described as one of the best ever, but fans at home were not happy.
Dutch dog trainer Amber, 25, floored the judges with her incredible dance routine with her dog, Nymeria.
Amber and the two-year-old border collie put on a jaw dropping performance to ‘Let’s Twist Again’ complete with somersaults and dancing.
To begin with Simon put his hands up in frustration when it seemed Nymeria might freeze on stage, but was then blown away by the dog’s skills.
“That was the best dog act since Ashleigh and Pudsey,” he declared.
Ashleigh Butler became an instant hit in 2012 with viewers alongside her adorable dog Pudsey before being crowned champion in Britain’s Got Talent series six.
Amanda agreed: “That was the best dog act I’ve ever seen.”
Viewers watching BGT at home loved Amber’s act as much the audience but had one major complaint.

They slammed the judges for not giving the dog act the highly coveted buzzer.
“Disappointed @SimonCowell didn’t give the dog act the golden buzzer. Best act so far!” commented one fan on Twitter.
A second added: “That’s the sort of act that should be getting the golden buzzer not professional singers. What a talented dog.”
And a third wrote: “this deserved a golden buzzer !”
