THE Kardashian drama never ends, especially for the original trio of Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe.
In fact, it seems like all three of them are going through major life changes fueled by their exes – and they are taking to social media to show them exactly what they’re missing.
Everyone goes through a similar situation when they are back on the market or have finally found the person who cherishes them like never before.
“‘You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone’ – and that’s certainly been the case for Kanye West, Scott Disick, and Tristan Thompson when it comes to the Kardashian sisters,” psychotherapist Stina Sanderson told The US Sun exclusively.
“In the wake of their breakups, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney all share something in common and that’s their ‘glow-up.’

“Kim is currently exhibiting her washboard abs that you could easily grate cheese on, while Khloe is taking selfies that make her look a million dollars and as for Kourtney, well, dare I say it, looking happy and in love with Travis Barker.
“They say revenge is a dish best served cold but as for the Kardashians, their dish is quite clearly served on fire!”
The sisters, despite all their issues with their exes, have remained silent while using their social media platforms to show off their amazing bodies.
“It’s fair to say, they certainly have had the last laugh,” Sanderson added.
“The reason behind showing off their revenge bodies is simple: highlighting your glow up and convincing the world that you’ve moved on is one of the best tricks in the book to get your ex kicking themselves for letting you go.”
“Whether it’s a new haircut, wardrobe overhaul, or achieving a fitness goal – when we focus on ourselves or something that we are passionate about, we not only grow as people, but we subconsciously make other people excited or at least intrigued by us,” Sanderson detailed.
“In fact, many studies have shown that when someone follows their dreams or focuses on their self-growth, they become confident in themselves, resulting in others seeing you like hot stuff.”
The expert continued: “One of the worst feelings is for some people to see their ex seemingly glow up or look like they are doing better after the breakup. Why? Because we as humans have big egos.
“It’s totally natural for people to question whether their ex is now happier without them.
“But for many, the reality to this question can be a tough pill to swallow especially if they are not fully over the relationship. Whereas in some cases, lingering feelings may not even be the reason for feeling hurt, it may just simply be about the ego getting bruised.”
“Whether your ex sees you are happy with someone else, doing well in your career, or looking like a walking thirst trap, this can be a painful reminder that they failed and lost ‘the one’,” the psychotherapist explained.
“When your ex sees you moving on, it forces them to come to terms with the relationship being officially over and that chapter of their life totally closed.
“Breakups are a roller coaster of emotions and sometimes the fact that it’s over doesn’t totally hit someone until the other person has moved on. Who knew that selfies could be such a slap in the face?”
“Research has found that social media triggers us to negatively compare ourselves to others. When we see someone doing well or looking good, we automatically look at our own lives and compare,” Sanderson explained.
“With this in mind, if your ex sees you living your best life when they’re not, this can make even the strongest of individuals think negative thoughts instantly.”
“While it may be tempting to follow in the footsteps of the Kardashians if you want to show your ex what they’re missing, it’s important to remember that true happiness doesn’t come from validation online.
“When you’re truly happy you don’t need approval from others, especially those who have hurt you in the past. After all inner happiness is the best revenge.”
Kourtney, the eldest of the Kardashian sisters, was liberated after she and Scott Disick, the father of her three kids, ended things for good between 2015 and 2016.
Although Scott has tried his hardest to get Kourtney back, it failed and she moved on with drummer Travis Barker.
Within a year of them dating, the two of them got engaged in 2021 and even had an unofficial Vegas wedding in April of 2022 – something Scott was never able to convince her to do.
Following Kourtney finding true love with Travis, the Poosh founder has been strutting her stuff all over social media.
Her photos have become more provocative and her content constantly alludes to her sex life.
It’s safe to say that Scott is definitely feeling this loss.
Khloe, who is a mom of one, has definitely had a bumpy ride when it comes to love.
Back in 2009, Khloe surprised her family and all of her fans when she tied the knot with Lamar Odom after just a few months of them dating.
Sadly, after his very public battle with addiction and various cheating scandals, the Good American founder filed for divorce in 2013.
Immediately after, Khloe took to the gym and showed Lamar exactly what he was missing as she got in the best shape of her life and made wellness a very important part of her life.
She even starred in a show called Revenge Body, where she helped other people on their weight loss journey.
It was then that she met Tristan Thompson, with whom she had her first child, True.
Unfortunately, things started going down the same road as Lamar because shortly before giving birth, Tristan was caught cheating on Khloe.
And he allegedly cheated on her with at least four other women, including Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods, and a fitness model who got pregnant with his third child.
After giving it multiple tries, Khloe has moved on and continues to post thirst traps on her social media as both Lamar and Tristan fight for her forgiveness.
Most recently, Kim Kardashian has been upping her social media game even more as she recently began dating Pete Davidson and asking the courts to deem her a single woman while she settles her divorce from Kanye West.
Before dating and marrying the rapper, Kim was more modest on social media despite her iconic Playboy cover and sex tape with Ray J.
Many will remember that Kanye, during one of the first dates, hired a personal stylist to revamp Kim’s wardrobe.
However, during one of the Met Galas, Kanye was upset that Kim was wearing such a form-fitting outfit because “her sexiness was hurting his soul.”
The couple called it quits during 2020 and the mom of four began posting bikini shots on a weekly basis and has even been flaunting her curves in lingerie to promote her shapewear brand, SKIMS.

Most recently, Kim shared a picture of herself in a silk pink bra and matching shorts after making her red carpet debut with Pete.
Her display of being seemingly unbothered by her troublesome divorce had set off the father of her kids and he has gone on multiple rants on social media, claiming she doesn’t let him see the kids and that she is still his wife.
