DEAR DEIDRE: THE snide comments two of my male colleagues make whenever the pandemic is discussed are getting on my nerves.
They are both against the coronavirus vaccine – but very opinionated with it.
No issue is too small, too large or too embarrassing. Read our personal replies here.
I accept their decision not to be jabbed, it’s their choice.
But I have to bite my tongue because some of their comments about the vaccine are passive aggressive.
They are united in their loathing of anyone who has had the jabs and booster.
They loudly state Covid is nothing more than a bad cold.
And they mock those wearing masks or anyone who gives them a wide berth when they pass by.
My colleagues are in their early 30s. I am a 56-year-old man and suffer from Type 2 diabetes, so I am at a higher risk of being seriously ill if I catch Covid.
How can I let go and not feel under attack?
Every problem gets a personal reply, usually within 24 hours weekdays.

DEIDRE SAYS: Rather than get into arguments with them, it would be better to move the conversation on.
The next time they start, you could simply shut it down by saying something like, “I really don’t want to hear any more about this.
“Please change the subject.”
