I’m looking for a new job. But I’m a 49-year-old man and everywhere I apply seems to want someone younger, with more up-to-date qualifications.
I’m getting into more and more debt – and nearing my card limits.
I know doing my food shopping on credit cards is not a sensible or sustainable way to live.
I’m worried that if I carry on like this, I’ll end up homeless.

DEIDRE SAYS: This is not a sustainable way to live – and it’s admirable you’ve asked for help before things get out of control.
