ANDY RUIZ JR has shown off his explosive hand speed and trimmed figure as he trains for his return to the ring.
The former WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO world heavyweight champion hasn’t fought since last year.

The 32-year-old’s head movement was also on point, following it up with a series of heavy punches.
Ruiz Jr will be keeping an eye on the April 23 all-British clash between WBC champ Tyson Fury and mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte.
The Destroyer says mandatory Whyte ‘deserves his shot’ at world title glory.
But Ruiz Jr says he’s hoping to take on the winner of that bout.

He told EsNEWS: “I definitely want the winner of the fight. A lot of people wish it would have been Fury and me.
“But you know, I think that Whyte deserves his shot, so we are going to see what happens.
“I think it’s going to be a hell of a fight.”
