A MUM is terrified to let her daughter play in the garden as she feels her neighbour’s “creepy” CCTV points directly onto it.
Tamara Robinson, 27, has repeatedly asked her neighbour Josh Grandin to remove cameras from his bedroom window as she claims they look directly at her hot tub.

But former CCTV operator Grandin claims he didn’t know Tamara had a hot tub – and insists it is in place for security reasons.
“The cameras are moving directly into the garden all the time,” Tamara told The Sun Online.
“They are not fixed cameras. They are in his bedroom windows at the moment and he moves them as he pleases.
“One minute they are facing us, the next minute they are directly into the garden. I have no idea why, I just find it really, really creepy.”
The mum, who has lived at her house nearly all her life, said she used to use her hot tub and garden “all the time”.
But since Mr Grandin moved in, she has been terrified to let her three-year-old daughter play outside.
“I won’t have her in the garden and we haven’t used the hot tub in over a year now,” the furious mum explained.
“I will not go in there and I won’t have my child in there.
“I’m fuming. It’s like big brother, I just don’t understand it.”
Asked about the cameras, Mr Grandin said they are “fully licensed” and insisted “they are not pointed into Tamara’s garden”.
But Tamara, who has reported the cams to cops, said: “When officers have been out they’ve confirmed you can see the garden.
“I’ve told him multiple times I don’t want him filming in my garden, I’ve got a three-year-old child.
“Just move the cameras, don’t face them in my garden, we can all live happily ever after.”
Grandin said hostilities began between him and Tamara soon after he moved in, noting one instance when he started painting the garden fence that separates the two properties.
He said Tamara’s mum “jumped over the fence” into his garden, because “apparently it is their fence not mine so I shouldn’t have been painting it”.
“I stopped painting and apologised, I didn’t want to upset my new neighbours,” he said.
Mr Grandin added he may have also hurt Tamara’s feelings when he criticised the décor when he moved in last June without realising she was a previous occupant.
He said: “I don’t think she forgave me after I said whoever lived here before had no taste.”
Asked about the cameras at his house, Mr Grandin said: “They are motion sensitive to stop anyone coming into my garden – they aren’t pointed into Tamara’s garden.
“She’s had the police here so many times but they don’t do anything because I’m not doing anything wrong.”
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: “We are aware of an ongoing neighbourhood dispute concerning two properties on Manor Way in Risca.
“With regards to CCTV cameras in operation at one of the addresses, no offences have been identified and they are operating within ICO guidelines.

“We are liaising with both parties, however, no offences have been identified to date which require police investigation.”
