IT’S stressful organising a family holiday.
But can you imagine planning a trip to Florida for a family of 22 in just three weeks?
Sue Radford has just three weeks to organise her family of 22’s trip to Florida[/caption] She and some of her kids hit Primark to do some holiday clothes shopping[/caption]That’s the task Sue Radford has given herself, after she and husband Noel made the decision to take their brood to Walt Disney World in Florida in April rather than October as they’d originally planned.
In a new vlog on their YouTube channel, Sue explained: “I did something very impulsive on Monday.
“We were going to take a holiday in October-time.
“But high school only get one week off and primary get two weeks off in October, which would have meant we would have had to take the kids out of high school for a week, which we didn’t want to do.
The haul filled the boot of the family’s van[/caption] While Sue didn’t reveal how much she’d spent, it must have been a small fortune[/caption]“Anyway, we’ve booked it for next month.
“Absolutely crazy, because we’ve got three weeks to get everything organised but we just kind of took the opportunity to book it for April because there’s two weeks in April that they get off, rather than doing it in October.
“So I took the plunge and booked it. Anyway, I now need to get organised!”
Sue added that she has tonnes of holiday shopping to do, which she was planning to do that afternoon by taking her family to Primark.
Later in the vlog, the family were seen hitting the shops, with Sue quick to snap up two £45 Mickey Mouse suitcases and a £35 Minnie Mouse one from Primark.
She then grabbed tonnes of T-shirts and shirts for her boys, as well as dresses, shorts and summery shoes for the girls and sun hats for everyone.
While Sue took full advantage of the £1.80 kids’ T-shirts in Primark, she also got loads of branded items – which are significantly more expensive.
She also got some Spider-Man towels for her little boys, which Archie was thrilled with.
At the end of the trip, the family loaded four huge Primark bags, as well as the three suitcases into the boot of their van, with Sue exclaiming: “I love this van and the boot space – you can fit so much in it and there’s still all that room at the back.”
Elsewhere in the vlog, Sue and Noel went to visit a barn to potentially renovate for their new home, and introduced daughter Millie’s newborn son Chester.
