THE ex-girlfriend of embattled former NFL running back Zac Stacy has revealed her horror injuries from another vicious beating she allegedly suffered at the hands of the star three months ago.
Kristin Evans, 32, shared images of the cuts and bruises she claims were inflicted by Stacy, 30, in an alleged attack on August 15 with TMZ on Friday.
It comes just hours after shocking home surveillance footage captured former New York Jet Stacy beating Evans and throwing her around her apartment in a purported jealous rage in front of their five-month-old son on Saturday.
According to Evans, Stacy has beaten and assaulted her “numerous times” over the last few months.
The alleged August attack unfolded after Stacy reportedly flew off the handle during an argument over rent money.
“He physically assaulted me several times because he wanted the money back he gave me for our rent,” she wrote in a restraining order application filed in Florida on Monday.
“He punched my legs, slapped me, picked me up by my arms, and threw me into my window, which broke. I had glass in my feet that I removed myself,” she added.
As outlined in the documents, Evans said she did call the cops but downplayed the event after they arrived, telling them she and Stacy had only been involved in a verbal argument.
She claims the beating was actually more severe than the one she allegedly suffered on Saturday, with images of her injuries showing large cuts and deep bruises to her arms and legs.
Evans also claimed to TMZ that she was victimized by Stacy again on September 27 when she claims he slapped her in the face, in addition to numerous other occasions.
In her court filing, she wrote: “[Stacy] has escalated violence since May while I was pregnant. He also assaulted me just weeks before our son was born. He will not stop. He will kill me and he feels justified in his actions.”
Police have reportedly moved Evans to an undisclosed location for her safety while an investigation into Saturday’s attack continues.
Stacy, meanwhile, has been charged with felony counts of aggravated assault and criminal mischief – charges which carry a maximum of 15 years in prison if convicted of both counts.
He was arrested on Thursday night by police in Orlando and remains in county jail as of Friday morning.
In a post on Instagram early Friday, Evans called for “several more charges” to be brought against Stacy.
“Personally I feel the state should have several more charges but thank you to everyone who made this possible!!! We are halfway there,” she wrote in a post accompanied by Stacy’s mugshot.
“CONVICTION & SENTENCING NEXT!” she added.
Evans also posted an image on her Instagram stories of the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with the quote: “If you are neutral in situations of injustice you have chosen to side with the oppressors.”
A corresponding post read: “How you respond to something says more about you than it does about them.”
The mom has also launched a GoFundMe page for what she says will help her to raise awareness for domestic violence victims and “become an advocate.”
“I want to encourage all men and women who have been a victim of domestic violence to reach out to your local domestic violence center for help and I would like to help provide better resources for them,” she wrote.
So far, the page has garnered just over $1,500 of its intended $50,000 goal.
Stacy’s arrest on Thursday came just hours after Evans shared home surveillance footage allegedly showing the retired football star viciously beating her.
In the video, a man matching Stacy’s profile is seen striking her twice, causing Evans to fall down onto a couch. The man then grabs her and throws her across the room into a television, which falls down on top of her.
Evans can repeatedly be heard pleading with him to stop, but her desperate cries are ignored.
He “struck [her] on the right side of her head, and picked her up and threw her against the television, causing it to crack and fall over,” a police affidavit states.
“He continued yelling at her and striking her while she got up from the floor, and picked her up again and threw her into the baby’s bouncy chair.
“While she was still on the floor pleading for him to stop, he picked her up and body-slammed her onto a baby walker, causing the object to break.”
Their five-month-old boy was sitting nearby as the incident unfolded. The child was not harmed.
The mom called the cops and claimed that Stacy left the house before the police arrived.
Evans said she went to the hospital and was treated for a possible head wound, bumps, and bruises.
Stacy is a former running back and played college football at Vanderbilt before being drafted by the St Louis Rams in the 2013 NFL Draft. He played two seasons for the Rams.
The athlete has also appeared for the New York Jets, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Memphis Express.
TMZ approached Stacy’s attorney for comment. The Sun has been unable to reach out to Stacy’s representatives.
