KENDALL Jenner stepped out all bundled up after being slammed by fans for her “tone-deaf” social media posts in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy.
Fans have been calling out the model for continuing to party following the tragic event that left 10 people dead.
The reality star looked like she had a lot on her mind while out in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday.
Photos of Kendall, 26, captured the runway model donning a mustard-colored suede coat and plaid scarf draped over her neck during the daytime outing.
She wore sunglasses to cover her eyes and her long hair down with a somber expression on her face as she stepped out of her car.
Kendall completed the look with a pair of straight cut jeans, black loafers, and a black shoulder bag.
The sighting comes weeks after the KUWTK’s alum attended the festival in Houston, Texas where a fatal crowd surge during Travis Scott’s performance resulted in nearly a dozen fatalities.
She had joined her sister Kylie Jenner – who is pregnant with her second child with the rapper – for the concert where hundreds of others were injured in the stampede.
Days later, Kendall addressed the horrific incident on social media writing: “I’m still at a loss for words over the news from Astroworld.
“I’m truly broken for the families that have lost loved ones and my prayers go out to everyone involved.
“Sending everyone who has been affected all of my love and wishing them strength during this incredibly devastating and sensitive time. Kendall.”
The model also deleted several sexy photos of herself posing in front of the Astroworld stage from her Instagram feed.
Kendall had faced backlash for posting the snaps and keeping them as details continued to roll in of the tragic events at NRG Park.
An insider exclusively told The Sun that Kylie and Kendall “walked past bodies as they were escorted out of the event…”
The source recalled: “Kendall and Kylie each had six massive bodyguards with them.
“After everything went down, Kendall and Kylie were escorted out and walked past bodies and people getting CPR…”
Officials in Texas said the crowd began to “compress towards the front of the stage” at around 9:15 pm on Friday, sparking panic.
“People began to fall out, become unconscious, and it created additional panic,” he said.
He explained that a “mass casualty incident” was triggered at 9:38pm and investigations are ongoing.
The Monday after the show, it emerged that Travis played for more than 30 minutes after the mass casualty announcement.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan have continued to receive backlash from critics for posting snaps of them partying depsite the lives lost.
All the girls, minus Kylie attended family friend Simon Huck’s wedding over the weekend, just days after the festival was abruptly canceled.
Khloe, 37, shared several photos from the day on Instagram, including a group shot with Kendall and friend Hailey Bieber who was also in attendance.
Kendall also received flack for her distasteful wardrobe while at her friend Lauren Perez’s wedding where she wore a skintight ’90s-inspired dress with cut-out panels.
She showed off the look in her Instagram Stories, posing in a selfie with Hailey in front of the mirror.
Kendall’s posts made their way onto TikTok, where critics slammed her for using her barely-there look “to distract” from the tragedy.
User GirlBossTown posted the wedding pictures, accusing the model of “upstaging” the bride, but commenters thought it was more than that.
One viewer commented: “And suddenly everyone is talking about this instead of astroworld. these people know how to divert attention.”
Another added: “is no one talking about how this is a perfect distraction. Kendall took one for her sister.”
A third commenter said Kendall was “wearing a scandalous dress to distract from the Travis & Kylie drama.”
It’s not just that fans thought the timing of the scandalous look was poor.
Some just weren’t feeling Kendall’s choice, as one fan took to TikTok to voice her frustration.
The user, known as Maiachondrialmembrane on the platform, shared a snap of Kendall’s dress and wrote over the clip: “Not Kendall ‘pick me’ Jenner wearing this to someone’s wedding?”
Plenty of fans agreed as they took to the comments section to respond.
One person wrote: “Why did she think that was a good idea?” while another chimed in, “What was going through her head?”
A third added: “If someone wore this to my wedding they’d be seeing the door,” and one said, “I would’ve asked her to leave.”
Kendall again angered fans when she shared a promotional video with her little sister Kylie, 24, modeling designs from their Kendall + Kylie clothing line.
The clip was posted to the Kendall + Kylie Instagram page to celebrate their store opening in the United Arab Emirates.
The girls smoldered in a series of sports-luxe outfits, pouting at the camera in the video.
Critics voiced their opinions in the comments section with one writing: “10 beautiful humans died at Astroworld including a nine-year-old boy. Ezra [Blount].
Another chimed in: “Show some f**king respect for those that died and stop flogging your s**t on IG when the bodies aren’t even cold.”
While a third added: “Justice for the Astroworld victims!! Nobody wants to buy your clothes with blood all over them.”
“Girl bye. So disrespectful to be marketing your clothes at a time like this,” a third posted.
