CHLOE Sims left fans doing a double take as she shared a flurry of throwback photos to mark her 40th birthday.
The Towie star looked unrecognisable in fresh-faced snaps before she used fillers and Botox.
The reality veteran told fans that she was feeling “40 and fabulous” as she posed in a scarlet red ball gown.
To celebrate the special day, Chloe’s close friends and family took a trip down memory lane with never-before-seen snaps of the TV star.
Former co-star and cousin Frankie Sims posted a photo of the pair attending Ascot Racecourse together.
Sporting a neon pink dress and a matching fascinator, Chloe looked very different with a bleached blonde bob.
In a second photo, Chloe posed with Frankie on a night out in Marbella, showing off her noticeably thinner lips.
In a sweet family photo, featuring Chloe’s younger sister Frankie Sims, the telly favourite showed off her natural beauty as she went makeup free.
Looking sensational in the showstopping ruffled dress, the TV star said that she’s “never felt so good” as she celebrated the milestone age.
“So this is 40.. starting a new chapter of my life today.. as the saying goes ‘LIFE BEGINS AT 40’ I think it’s true.. All I know is I’ve never felt so good,” Chloe wrote.
“What I’ve learnt over the years. The only person that can make you happy is yourself

Chloe recently hit back after a follower asked if she’d had a nose job.
During an Instagram Q&A, Chloe was asked if she had ever had rhinoplasty surgery, which is a plastic surgery procedure for altering and reconstructing the nose.
In response, the Essex beauty shared a photo of herself from when she was a teenager and adamantly denied ever having a nose job.
Alongside the fresh-faced throwback photo, Chloe wrote: “No!! This really gets on my nerves…This is me at 16.”
Chloe has previously been open about the cosmetic work that she has had done.
The TV favourite recently had filler removed from her face to look more natural.
Revealing she was going for a more natural look she shared her progress on Instagram, uploading three selfies of her changed face with her pout decreasing in size after every clinic trip.
“So I decided to remove my fillers… the first photo is before, the second is without filler and the third is my more natural look…” she said.
“I’m really happy that I’ve toned it all down and as you know I think it’s important, to be honest with things like this. It’s my personal choice and that makes me feel confident. Thanks, Vogue Aesthetics.” she added.
Chloe has had Botox and fillers injected into her face for years and has previously been vocal about trolls but in December the former Playboy bunny addressed claims she’d had surgery to change her bone structure after sharing a picture of her teenage self.
Chloe has spoken about the plastic surgery she’s already had on her body, such as two boob jobs to go from a 34B to a 34EE, and two Brazilian butt lifts to round out her bum.
She has also had veneers to replace her natural smile.
However, she has repeatedly denied facial surgery, including a nose job and chin implants, claiming her changing face is solely due to fillers.
“People keep going ‘she needs to get her mental health checked, she’s had too much plastic surgery on her face’,” Chloe ranted.
“Then one woman goes ‘you’ve had too much Botox you can’t move your lips.”
“You can’t have Botox in your lips, you thick p****.”
She added: “How embarrassing. If that was one of my relatives I would disown them.
“I get by with this face. I like my face. So there you go.”
