DEAR DEIDRE: MY back injury means I can’t have sex with my wife or give her the attention she deserves.
Since I fell off my motorcycle in January, I’ve been in constant pain. It means I struggle to help my wife with any of the housework or childcare.
I hate the fact that I’m burdening her. The last thing I want is to make her feel like a live-in maid. She’s 34, while I’m 37.
The main issue is our sex life. Before, we were having sex four or five times a week.
But we haven’t been intimate in months because it hurts too much. Now I’m having issues getting an erection because I know I’ll be in pain.
How can I make sure my wife is happy and satisfied?
No issue is too small, too large or too embarrassing. Read our personal replies here.
Every problem gets a personal reply, usually within 24 hours weekdays.

DEIDRE SAYS: You need to talk to your GP so they can work out what is causing your pain.
But also communicate with your wife. The only person who knows what she needs is her.
While you might be struggling with sex right now, my support pack Couples Massage has ideas for other ways you can be intimate.
