DEAR DEIDRE: LAST year, I was raped by my then boyfriend.
I’m now 19 and studying history at university, but I’m finding it impossible to concentrate, and I’m falling behind with my studies.
I think I have PTSD because I keep reliving the rape.
My confidence is shot and my new boyfriend, 20 – who was supportive at first – is now making me cry every day, putting me down and telling me to get over it.
I’m estranged from my family and have no one to turn to.
My team and I are working safely from home but we are here to help you as always.
Send an email to deardeidre@the-sun.co.uk.
Every problem gets a personal reply, usually within 24 hours weekdays.

DEIDRE SAYS: It’s important for you to get some professional help.
My support pack, Have You Been Raped? will guide you with details of people who can counsel you.
Please ask for support at university too, so your tutors are aware you may need extra time for assignments.
Tell your boyfriend you’re going to get help and ask for his support, and give him my support pack for insight.
