ASHLEY Cain and his partner Safiyya were overwhelmed with emotion this evening as strangers and celebrities stood on their doorsteps and clapped for their daughter Azaylia.
The family took their eight-month-old outside to see the special moment, with mum Safiyya saying: “Thank you for your love and support.”
Turning to the little girl, she said: “Our street was so loud wasn’t it? Everyone has come out all for you baby girl.”
Abbey Clancy and her husband Peter Crouch joined in the clap from their home, alongside three of their children.
The model shared a clip of them all cheering and shouting ‘go champ’ for the little one.
Mrs Hinch also took part and posted a picture, writing: “Azaylia. We are all behind you.”
Marnie Simpson and her partner Cody took to their doorstep with their son Rox to clap.
Alongside the powerful video, she wrote: “We all love you azaylia, I feel like we all know you from following your journey since the very beginning and not a single day goes by that we as a family don’t think of you and pray for a miracle, your so special and beautiful and a true warrior.
“You taught us all so much & learned us all to see what is truly important in life,Your the strongest, happiest and bravest little girl I have ever seen. I’ve always believed in angels and you azaylia are a true angel we love you, we’re with you every step of the way, and tonight we clap for you and honour you for being the most amazing inspiration you are #clapforazaylia ”
Stacey Solomon was unable to get home in time but showed her support with a touching post.
The touching moment came just hours after Azaylia was rushed back to the hospital for an emergency transfusion after she started crying blood last night.
Her brave mum Safiyya shared the shocking news on Instagram this afternoon in a video of her partner Ashley, 30, cradling his terminally ill daughter.
Ashley is seen rocking his eight-month-old, who has leukaemia, as Safiyaa spoke to their supporters.
She said: “We’ve just gone back into hospital to get Azaylia another platelet transfusion because last night the tears started having blood in them, so we needed more platelets”.
Pointing to the intravenous drip that was hooked up to Azaylia she added: “This is our saviour right now”.
Ashley later took his little one for a walk – telling fans it was the first time he has been able to do that.
Ashley and girlfriend Safiyya had only just raised over £1.5million to take Azaylia to Singapore in a last-ditch attempt to save her life – but were last week told the specialists in the country could not help.
She has now been given just days to live as more tumours have formed across her body and in her brain.
They have so far caused her loss of movement in half of her face and also to bruise spontaneously on her legs.
Safiyya explained why this has been happening, as she showed off one of the bruises last night.
Tearful Saffiya most recently posted a medical explanation as to why her daughter is showing spontaneous bruising, without having had a bump or an accident to cause it.
Sharing a photo of Azaylia sleeping on her Instagram story, the heartbroken mum attached a statement that said: “Bleeding under the skin.
“Leukaemia can disrupt the body’s prodction of platelets, which normally form blood clots to stop bleeding.
“That can set the stage for bruising. When platelets become low, patients often bleed into the skin spontaneously or with minimal trauma”.
Over 80,000 people signed up to become stem cell donors when Ashley pleaded with his fans to help save his daughter.
Celebrities Molly-Mae Hague, Maura Higgins, and Mrs Hinch were among the big-hearted donors to donate to Azaylia’s fundraiser last month to ensure it reached its huge target.
Fashion brand Pretty Little Thing’s founder Umar Kamani also showed staggering generosity by giving a huge £20,000.
Ashley has pledged to donate the cash to help other parents fighting for life saving treatment for their children.
