TEEN Mom Maci Bookout’s mother shaded her daughter’s ex Ryan Edwards by joking he’s “Kenny Rogers” with wild gray hair.
The animosity between Ryan and Maci has escalated to the point where both families are now feuding.

In a hilarious turn of events, Maci’s mom has joined the feud between her daughter and Ryan as she agreed with a fan that the gray-haired dad looks like Kenny.
It all started when a few days ago, the redhead beauty took to Twitter to slam her baby daddy, writing: “When that girl says “’if it has any effect on you seeing B’ & then he says ‘she does that all the time’ I’m like hold the damn phone – do I have control over his bio dad showing up to 5 out of the 100 school/sport events Benny has? and why does he never call/text B? #TeenMomOG”
A fan then replied to her status with a picture of Kenny Rogers comparing him with Ryan as they both sport similarly gray hair and beards.
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup then noticed that Maci’s mom, Sharon, then commented on the funny tweet and said: “Don’t do Kenny like that!”
Sharon then took to her own Twitter to give her input on the situation, writing: “It didn’t take a day to do the damage. It wont take a day to undo it.
“It takes a lot of hard work and time to regain trust and forgiveness. Some people just don’t wanna do the work.”
Maci’s mom shading Ryan comes after fans said he looked completely unrecognizable with his gray hair and salt and pepper beard.
Ryan – who has a 12-year-old son Bentley with Maci – ditched the clean-cut look for wild hair and stubble in Tuesday’s episode of Teen Mom OG.
Viewers expressed their amazement at his appearance on Reddit, with one writing: “Wait this is real?? I saw it on Twitter and thought it was a meme
Another added: “Sad to see him look so disheveled. Started watching from Season one and he sure was a great looking guy.
“Could still be if he tidied himself up and took care of himself.”
A third posted: “According to google Ryan Edwards is 33 years old. Omg.”
Ryan has struggled with drugs for years and has been to rehab several times as well as facing multiple drug-related arrests.
He has a strained relationship with his ex-fiancee Maci, 29, and their son Bentley as a result of his former addiction.
Their relationship is so strained that Maci allegedly got Ryan and his whole family fired from Teen Mom OG.
Ryan’s wife, Mackenzie, 25, claimed Maci got the Edwards family fired out of “retaliation” after Larry confronted and fought with her husband at the reunion.
Ryan exclusively told The Sun: “Maci is in fear that my mom and dad will start telling the truth.
“She will always fight to have us off the show.”
Ryan said that while he can’t speak for his parents, he doesn’t believe him and Mackenzie will return to Teen Mom OG.
He continued: “MTV does not really stand for anything we believe in or support.”
Ryan previously told The Sun that the firing hasn’t bothered him.
He said: “I really haven’t given MTV much thought now that I have my own fabrication shop.”
The Sun was the first to report on the firings, as Larry previously said: “We, the family have been let go from the show by the network. It’s unbelievable.”
Though Larry was unable to confirm why the family was let go, he admitted Maci was “so mad” at him at the reunion for claiming they hadn’t seen Bentley in a month.
He added: “We got in so much trouble.”
A source told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup that Maci got the family fired.
The insider told the outlet: “Ryan and Mackenzie, as well as Jen and Larry, were all on a call with production on Tuesday informing them they won’t be on the show anymore going forward.
“The Edwards were informed that Maci’s reps wanted to go a different direction and showcase all of her abilities. Maci went to production and explained she wanted her story to cover all the parts of her life and no longer focus on Ryan and his family.”
The insider claimed returning in the future is an option, as “they were just being set aside right now.”
The outlet reported the family will make an appearance next season to discuss the reunion show fight.
Mackenzie told Without a Crystal Ball of Maci’s role in the firings: “We got a call from MTV and Maci’s agent went above their heads and went to Viacom.
“They said that they wanted to focus on all of Maci’s abilities and whatever she does and we took up the time on the show that she could be using to show all that.”
“On the side, they said that when she didn’t fulfill her obligations or basically didn’t have enough content they would call us back.
“Pretty much Ryan said, ‘Don’t. We’re going to move on, we’re going to live our lives, we’re going to do our jobs and have a normal life. Don’t waste your time or your breath coming back.’”
She continued: “They said they could read between the lines and it was more of like an anger thing and more of like a retaliation type deal after Jen and Larry and Taylor getting into it.
“Her subsequent tweets that she had… it’s more of an angry ‘I’m going to show you who’s boss’ type thing.
“And sadly, the truth of the matter is, she calls the shots here, this is her show. It is what it is, it’s fine.”
The firings come after MTV released a teaser from the reunion show of Larry standing up to confront Taylor during an argument.
