CORRIE’S Ray Crosby will be in hot water as his plans to steal the Platt family home completely backfire – but he hasn’t given up.
The crooked hotelier – played by Mark Frost in the ITV soap – is on a mission to destroy the cobbles by buying up the properties one by one.

It was revealed last week that the evil property mogul paid someone to cause a sinkhole in the family’s back garden.
Although he pretended to show support by offering to let the Platts stay in one of his hotels until the damage was fixed, last night his real motive became apparent.
Ray asked a developer friend to buy the house from David for the full asking price and it seemed like the barber was seriously considering it.
After telling his sister Sarah and wife Shona of his plans, they convinced him not to part with the house.
Sarah told him the kids would be really upset if they had to move and Shona revealed she felt ready to move back in with him.

David immediately called Ray and told him that he’s changed his mind about selling the house, now Shona had decided to move back in with him.
The villain tried to hide his annoyance but his frustration was clear for viewers to see – and fans know that his plans to take the house aren’t over yet.
Corrie bosses have revealed that Ray’s masterplan will form a big story for the show’s 60th anniversary celebrations, which take place in December.
