POP band Steps have announced their second comeback with a new album and tour.
The album is called What The Future Holds and will release in November 2020.
What The Future Holds will be Steps’ sixth album.
It’ll release on November 27, 2020, but the single the album is named after will be available on September 9.
The new single, What The Future Holds, was written by pop icon Sia and will be played for the first time on the BBC Radio 2 breakfast show.
A year after the release of the new album, the band will tour the UK from November to December 2021 with 14 shows.
For this tour they’ll be supported by Sophie Ellis Bextor.
Claire from Steps sat down with Bizarre and spoke about the band’s new music.
“We’d had such a massive success with our last album Tears On The Dancefloor that this second stage of our reunion, we’ve just taken each day as it comes really.
“There wasn’t a ten-year plan. We had that album, we were going to do it, see how it went and make the decision if we wanted to do it again.”
Steps’ Lisa revealed their title track was originally written by Sia to keep for herself, but after finishing the lyrics felt it would better suit Steps so gave them the song.
The album’s track listing has been released.

Other songs on the new record are written by Greg Kurtstin, who is behind many songs sung by pop heavy-weights such as Adele and P!nk.
Tickets go on sale for their UK tour next Friday, September 18.
