DELE ALLI was back in the saddle as he rocked up to solo sessions at Spurs’ training ground on a bicycle.
The England star, 24, was all smiles in the sunshine as he posed for a snap on the impressive two-wheeler.
Just days ago, Dele was the victim of a terrifying robbery at his London home.
And the midfielder looked over the moon to be back on familiar territory.
He wrote on Instagram: “Missed this place! Feeling blessed.”
Dele wasn’t the only Tottenham enjoying his time back at the training ground, with Son Heung-Min posing for the camera making a ‘peace’ sign with his hands.
The forward, 27, has only just returned from three weeks of national military service in South Korea.
There were fears he would have to go into quarantine for two weeks back in England.
But government protocol requires only those who test positive for coronavirus to self-isolate when they arrive in the UK.
That means Son was free to return to Spurs’ base for a solo training session.
And he looked absolutely delighted as he flashed his trademark ‘peace’ sign.
Other Tottenham stars rocked up to the ground today to receive their coronavirus test results.
Lucas Moura and Jan Vertonghen were amongst those who turned up on Tuesday morning as the Premier League looks to resume action in mid-June.
Spurs are set to face Manchester United in their first game back, which could be bumped up for Friday Night Football.
