A MUM has shared the epic Spiderman challenge she set up to keep her four-year-old entertained during lockdown.
Claire Nelson-Syme took to Facebook where she posted a video of the obstacle course she had set up for her son.
Captioning her post she wrote: “Keeping a 4 year old occupied during lock down, all you need is string.”
To create the challenge, Claire had simply used a ball of string to weave a “web” across her living room with the aim of the game being to get from one side to the other without getting tangled.
Her little lad can then be seen wiggling his way through the web while dressed as Spiderman.
The clip has since gone viral, receiving over 100,000 views with Claire joking that she would have “tidied her living room” had she known.
Fellow parents were quick to praise her ideas in the comments, with one writing: “Brilliant, I’ll get the string.”
“My child would just rip through it” joked another, with a third adding, “I’m currently attempting to build this!”
In other parenting news, this mum created an incredible home cinema for her kids and charges them £4 for sweets.
Plus we revealed kids should be doing chores by 18-months-old – and here’s what they need to do and when.
Mums reckon the 30 day Lego challenge is the perfect way to keep the kids entertained during coronavirus lockdown.
