NICKY HENDERSON is one of the leading racehorse trainers in the country and he will have plenty of chances at Cheltenham once again this year.
Henderson has been training since 1978 and has won most of jump racing’s biggest prizes, including six Champion Hurdle’s, four Queen Mother Champion Chase’s and two Cheltenham Gold Cup’s.
It’s too early to confirm who Henderson will be running at Cheltenham but we could see the likes of the fantastic Altior back out again at Cheltenham.
Henderson is based at Seven Barrows near Lambourn, Berkshire.
He currently has more than 150 horses in training at the his yard, with the Seven Barrows private gallops producing many historic winners in the past.
Henderson has had a number of champions come through his yard.
These include the likes of See You Then, Remittance Man, Punjabi, Binocular, Long Run, Bobs Worth and the almighty Sprinter Sacre.
More recently the likes of Might Bite, Buveur D’Air and Altior have provided Henderson with more Grade 1 wins.
