MICHELLE Keegan takes on a high-stakes heist and a lion in the first trailer for Brassic season 2.
The 32-year-old plays feisty Erin Croft in the hit Sky One comedy series, which follows Vinnie (Joe Gilgun) and his band of hapless mates who get themselves into trouble trying to make money.
The first series ended on Vinne (Joe Gilgun) faking his own death to avoid getting his penis cut off by gangster Terence McCann (Ramon Tikaram).
But his plan appeared to fail when he got a phone call from vengeful Terence asking him how it feels to be dead.
Elsewhere, Dylan (Damien Moloney) found out that Erin (Keegan) had aborted their unborn child.
Then adding insult to injury, Dylan learned Erin’s son is infact Vinnie’s.
A heartbroken Dylan then gave Erin the silent treatment until he decided he wanted to make up at Vinnie’s fake wake.
But tragedy continued when viewers watched as Erin’s college classmate Jake (Anthony Welsh) asked her to marry him outside a pub, leaving us all on a cliffhanger.
And the new trailer for the upcoming instalment brings the gang back together in an attempt to get Vinnie back robbing again.
Equipped with a new look, a platinum blond Vinnie attempts to come up with a new heist in order to pay £10,000 to Terence.
But that’s not all, the pals have to face a lion and dodgy characters in their quest, while Dylan appears to have found romance with a new mysterious woman.
Aside from Brassic season 2, it’s an exciting time for the broadcaster as Sky announced its biggest ever year of programming for 2020.
The channel confirmed that there will be a whopping 80 Sky original series on air over the next 12 months.
As part of this, they announced 10 new Sky original commissions – with stars attached including Dawn French, Robbie Coltrane, Jane Horrocks and Jamie and Harry Redknapp.
