THREE people have been rushed to hospital following a triple stabbing in broad daylight on a London street.
Police and air ambulance crews were called to the scene on Nunhead Lane, near Peckham Rye, South London, at around 4.20pm today
One male was found inside a property suffering stab injuries and two more males were found near the scene also suffering from stab wounds.
All three were taken to hospital but their conditions are not yet known.
An investigation has been launched and police have put stop and search powers into force in the area.
An air ambulance landed on nearby Peckham Rye Park as paramedics were called to treat the victims.
No arrests have been made.
A Met Police spokeswoman said: “Police were called at approximately 4.23pm to reports of a stabbing in Nunhead Lane.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the scene and found a male suffering from stab injuries at a nearby residential address.
“Two other males were found near the scene, also suffering from stab injuries.
“All three males have been taken to a South London hospital where their injuries are being assessed.”
