BEN DAVISON has denied accusations Tyson Fury tampers with his gloves to hurt sparring partners.
American heavyweight Nicholas Asberry accused the Gypsy King of taking padding out of his sparring gloves.
Asberry posted a video on social media accusing Fury of tampering with his gloves to gain an advantage over sparring partners.
But trainer Davison has slammed the accusation on Twitter, when questioned about the video.
He said: “What do you think mate?
“Tyson/or team taking padding out his gloves to hurt sparring partners?!?
“When they only do 1-2 maybe 3 rounds at a time in and out? For THERE (sic) benefit! Funny how tyson has great relationship with everybody he spars.
“Convenient timing too!”
Fury is out of the gym currently, as he prepares to face WWE star Braun Storwman at the Crown Jewel pay-per-view on October 31 in Saudi Arabia.
The 31-year-old heavyweight has dropped his boxing gloves to train with wrestling legend Triple H after making appearances of SmackDown and RAW.
Though Fury will have one eye on his proposed rematch against WBC champion Deontay Wilder next year.
Wilder, however, must first beat Cuban southpaw Luis Ortiz, with the duo clashing for a second time on November 23.
