HARRY KANE has been urged to ditch Tottenham and sign for Manchester City — when Sergio Aguero leaves the Etihad.
The England striker, 26, was on the pitch as Spurs lost 3-0 at Brighton.
The North London club have now won just three Premier League matches this season and former Liverpool and Chelsea full-back Glen Johnson reckons it is time for Kane to move on, claiming there is “no loyalty” in the game.
Kane was even booed when he took to the pitch at the Oakland Raiders’ NFL game with the Chicago Bears at Spurs stadium on Sunday evening.
Premier League winner Johnson told BetDaq: “If I was in Harry’s shoes, I would think that I can play elsewhere and have a much better chance of playing with better players and adding trophies to my cabinet.
“In a couple of years his goals could dry up at Spurs and he’d be out the door.
“There’s no loyalties in football and he has to look after himself first and foremost.”
Aguero has been at City for nine seasons, scoring 172 Premier League goals — including the one that bagged them their first Prem title in 2012.
And Johnson also reckons Kane should ward off the temptation of playing for Spanish giants Real Madrid or Barcelona and wait on Aguero to leave City instead.
He added: “I don’t think he’d be suited to the Spanish style of playing, so he might have to wait for Sergio Aguero to move on at City before going there.
“But it’s not out of the question that could happen in my opinion.
“If I was Harry, I know what I’d do, I’d be moving on for the sake of my career to win as much as I could.”
