WILLIAM HILL report the money has come for Richard Hannon’s Mums Tipple in Saturday’s Middle Park Stakes.
The traders have been on the phone updating us on the latest betting news ahead of a huge day of racing tomorrow.
William Hill’s Richard Banks said: “There’s been a bit of money for EARTHLIGHT in the 3.00 and he is now 2-1 from 5-2 but the money has come today for MUMS TIPPLE.
“The way he won so impressively last time is still fresh in the minds of backers, but as bookmakers we still have chances further down the field.
“Meanwhile there’s been quite a significant move for KAMEKO in the 1.50 during the week, he had been 11-4 but is now a strong 6-4 favourite.
“There’s a similar story in the 2.25 where RAFFLE PRIZE has been backed from 2-1 into 5-4, with no real money around for anything else in that race.
“In the Cambridgeshire at 3.40, LE DON DE VIE had been as big as 16s but has been backed into the 7-1 favourite and is still popular.
“There’s a similar story for GOOD BIRTHDAY, although not as popular today as it has been earlier on in the week, now at 8-1 but I have a feeling he might drift a bit.
“This afternoon, there has been some interest in KORCHO, we’ve laid 33’s, 25’s and now sit at 22-1.”
