EVERY Sunday, our resident Tarotscope reader Kerry King will be revealing what surprises, challenges and excitement awaits you in the week ahead.
Kerry has been practising tarot readings for the last 20 years, starting from reading for friends to amassing an international client list.
Using her strong intuition and deep knowledge and understanding of the horoscope, she is able to provide accurate and encouraging predictions for the coming days.
Here’s her predictions for YOUR star sign…
A trio of MEGA cards for you, Aries. Are you ready for a rollicking kinda’ week? OF COURSE you are, you were born ready, my friend!
The Star shows that a wish-come-true is on the immediate horizon for you, the higher you aim the better the outcome, so don’t hold back here. Go for it!
This ‘go-get-‘em’ energy is swiftly followed by the transformative Wheel of Fortune, so in going for your wish, you activate a new momentum, a new turn of the wheel.
Things will turn out unexpectedly good, but there may be some unforeseen drawbacks too. That’s life, huh.
Death is your final card and indicates this whole process has the potential to be life-changing.
You could transform your current circumstances and inner mindset this week, in one dramatic fell swoop (that’s you all over).
Have a blast!
Conflicting themes, Taurus, with the Ten and King of Cups all about a happy, secure and passionate love life whereas the Five of Coins bringing loss, regrets and a sense of dismay about past events.
What’s going on? Are you dwelling on a relationship you valued once-upon-a-time, but which has faded or disappeared altogether from your life?
Are you regretting some things you’ve said and done regarding your current partner? Are you wondering even, dare I say it, whether you’re with the right person here?
What’s done is done, and you cannot change it. All you CAN control is this very moment. What are you going to use it to do? If you want to reconnect with someone, do it.
If you want to “test” your current love with an open discussion, start it. If you want to atone or confess to something you regret, think about it (you won’t be able to put the genie back in the bottle…).
Think before you act. Make the present day count.
There’s a storm brewing in your head, Gemini, and you must try to resist running away with your imagination (which I know you love to do, I’m a Gemini, I get it).
The Seven of Cups and Three of Swords have combined to create a worst-case-scenario in your mind’s eye, possibly linked to the thought of your partner or closest friend doing something wrong towards you.
Whatever has triggered this train of thought MAY have a kernel of truth in it, and is worth discussing calmly, BUT it is NOT the all-out betrayal or knife in the back that your fanciful mind is trying to turn it into. Why are we so often our own worst enemy? Beats me.
The Three of Cups shows things ARE good, you ARE loved, and your relationships are true and lasting.
The greatest pleasure in life is found by doing fun stuff with those we love and like, don’t let your own worst imaginings do damage to that.
Stay calm. Get the truth.
Things – or people – stand in the way of you getting what you (think you) want, and you’re not entirely sure how to play that.
The Hanged Man shows you’re moving into the dangerous waters of “procrastination” and that means, ultimately, you could end up losing out. Cancer, don’t overly dwell on all of this, don’t overthink it.
The King of Swords asks you to project yourself into the future, and visualise what the outcome you TRULY want to happen is. Can you see it, touch it, imagine yourself living it? Does it feel good? Are you inspired?
If so, then pay heed to the Seven of Wands. Nothing worth having comes THAT easily. Sometimes we have to fight, to show our teeth, to go head-to-head with another.
You’ve GOT this fight in you, and if it’s for something you believe in, then you will come through. Get to it. Seconds out.
Another trio of Wands cards this week, Leo (you got three Wands cards last week too!), so your work and career are at the forefront of your mind.
The mood has changed this week, though, in fact you’re bristling with ideas and insights about how to get things moving and going again.
The Ace of Wands is a new beginning, this is you putting something fresh into practice, something you believe is going to yield great results (*SPOILER* it will!).
The Four of Wands is you working hard on this, and others noticing the process and performance and bringing you even more opportunity to do more.
This IS the pathway to success. Just getting on and showing them what you can do- ask for forgiveness, not permission!
Now, all of this activity and recognition may lead, as shown by the competitive Seven of Wands, to some jealousy or rivalry around you.
Others are keen to show what they can do too, others want a slice of the rewards due to you. Leo, just focus on your side of the street, keep doing what you’re doing. You’re on a roll.
Virgo, you’re the zodiac’s champion worrier! Seriously, if whittling were an Olympic sport then you’d get that Gold Medal every time! So, the Nine of Swords is in town and proves you’re worrying again, but keeping it all bottled up and to yourself.
Now, this is how things get out of proportion. You need to exorcise this anxiety pronto, talk it through in the cold light of day with someone you trust.
There’s good reason, because actually this concern will lead to a new start or investment in something which will address the fear and pay back handsomely down the line.
The Ace of Coins and The Sun are both wonderfully positive cards, preparation for a bright, prosperous and joyful new chapter. You stand at the portal to a new world of happiness and success, you just need to push on in order to step through that doorway with confidence, you do deserve this!
Your worry is like the “final frontier” to cross over before doing so. Talk it out, see the path it’s nudging you onto, and set forth this week. This is big!
We all think of ourselves as centre-stage in some cosmic drama, acting out our life with a spotlight on our actions and scenes. But, sometimes, unwittingly, we’re actually a supporting cast member in someone else’s drama.
Being ‘done to’ vs being ‘the doer’. And this is happening right now, Libra!
The Three and Seven of Swords show you’re caught up in something you’re not in control of, and won’t necessarily get much reward or pleasure from. You’re serving someone else’s purpose, and it’s time to withdraw from that stage and get back to your own dressing room!
Identify where you feel lied to, misled, manipulated or used and GET OUT, RUN, ESCAPE!
The Four of Coins hints this has been a long time coming, and you kinda’ know what’s happening at an intuitive level, but it’s gotten warm and familiar there so you’ve hung around.
Enough! This isn’t your story, and it doesn’t have a happy ending. Get out and refocus on your own unfolding narrative which IS a happy one.
Everyone’s always a bit scared of Scorpios (myself included) because you’re not really afraid of doing whatever is necessary to get what you want.
I admire this, but the Universe is asking you to play a nicer game this week (you’ll be rewarded later, don’t worry).
The Six of Coins and The Hierophant are both “good karma” cards, reminding you that energy, time or resources you release freely to help others are taken by the Universe and transformed into rewards to be given to you down the line- the “good karma” cycle.
Invest in this week by being kind, complimentary and helpful to people across the board. It WILL feel good, and it WILL put “credit” in the karma “bank”!
Judgment reveals there’s a deeper purpose here, it’s helping you to move from something which has been troubling you. It’s going to help you get out of your own head and refocus on the positive impact you CAN have on others.
Don’t be sorry for what you’ve done wrong in the past, focus on what you’re doing RIGHT in the present.
You’ve had a conflict of self-doubt and a (surprising) lack of confidence recently, which isn’t like you, bold and bright Sagittarius!
The Hierophant and The Lovers reveal this secret anxiety, this dwelling over whether you should, or even COULD, do something. You’ve felt torn. It’s been, frankly, a bit yuck.
Well, the Queen of Coins sweeps in this week and helps to clarify matters. A dose of common sense and reality is needed, rather than your spiralling imaginings.
She helps you to have hope that you CAN handle this, and indeed SHOULD be doing it. She then helps you to make a plan, to focus your efforts and energy on the positive steps to get to where you need to be.
And THEN she even gives you a (gentle) kick up the ‘wotsit’ to help you get going. Normal service is swiftly resumed.
This could be a VERY good week for your love life, Capricorn, are you ready for romance?
Hope so, because the Three of Cups and Ten of Coins promise that someone is planning to sweep you off your little tootsies and, even better, they’re not just a fly-by-night kinda’ person, they’re here to stay.
Truly, a powerful love affair is brewing for you (OR the rekindling of your existing love, if you’re happily attached…).
The King of Wands hints this person is a little bit older, a Fire sign (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius- they’re ALL hot potatoes, trust me) and full of love, life and inspiration. Just what you need!
There’s also a strong hint about travel around this person- perhaps they’re from overseas, perhaps you meet on a trip or break (book one!), perhaps they encourage you to see more of the world and that is the ignition for your passion together.
Perhaps you and current ‘boo’ should book an exciting adventure together, pronto.
You’re going to be well and truly vindicated over an issue which has rankled you – I promise.
Justice is the key card for you this week, and hints that karma is going to do her thing, and you’re going to come through just fine. All you can do is to look after your side of the street, and let her do her work.
The Page of Swords hints you might find that difficult, it’s hard to stay neutral and composed when there has been pain or betrayal or loss… and the Five of Coins hints that there has been.
People do us wrong. It’s not fair, it’s not nice. Don’t be tempted to try and redress this cosmic balance yourself, though.
The Page of Swords can be tricky and fickle, you might lose your (important) moral high ground if you start meddling. You may end up becoming the persecutor vs the persecuted.
Play nice, play fair, KNOW that this is all going to be resolved favourably for you.
Sometimes you can be so busy helping other people, making sure they’re OK, doing your bit for the world that, well, your own needs and ambitions get a bit lost in the wash.
The Devil reminds you that no one is going to live your life for you, or make stuff happen. If you don’t take ownership for yourself then you could end up a “supporting cast member” in another person’s drama.
The Queen of Swords urges you to be more selfish right now, more self-focussed, more in control of your goals. You and you alone are accountable for your life and what you do. No one else.
The Eight of Cups reveals there IS a yearning brewing within you, the desire to move in some way- be that a physical location change, or a career twist, or a wonderful adventure.
Identify where it is that’s drawing your attention, the destination you daydream about, the heartfelt desire you keep coming back to… it’s not going away so you may as well face it and make it a reality.
It could be the best thing you ever did!
