IT goes without saying that when you get married, you naturally adopt some of your partner’s everyday habits as your own… and that doesn’t exclude Royalty.
According to royal author Katie Nicholl, the former “Party Prince” has been inspired by his wife to lead a healthier life and now kicks off each day with a green juice.
According to a royal expert, Prince Harry kickstarts his day with a green juice like Meghan Markle[/caption]
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, royal biographer Katie Nicholl said: “He likes to start his day with a green juice now, just like Meghan, and his friends all find this very amusing.”
What’s more, Meghan reportedly asked her husband to give up tea, coffee and alcohol to support her during her pregnancy.
A source told the Express at the time: “Considering he’s been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it’s quite an achievement.”
However, it’s not just Prince Harry‘s diet that’s changed since he first got involved with the former Suits actress – the Duke of Sussex – whose life has taken a U-turn since meeting wellness guru Meghan – has also adopted yoga as part of his exercise regime.

Katie added: “One of the things I was told by a friend of his is that he’s getting into yoga.”
Considering how her mother Doria Ragland is a trained yoga instructor, Meghan is a long-term fan of the practice and was often spotted attending classes in Toronto when she was filming Suits.
Unsurprisingly, the Duchess is also said to be “doing mother-and-baby yoga” with Archie in Frogmore Cottage’s “floating” yoga studio.
What’s more, the former “Party Prince” has not only swapped his pints for green juice but has also cut back on his smoking habit.
The royal biographer said: “You’ll often see him visiting the gym and he’s given up his beloved Marlboro Lights, or at least he’s smoking less and he’s drinking less.”
As part of the couple’s efforts to lead an increasingly eco-friendly lifestyle, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also used vegan paint to decorate Archie’s “gender-free” nursery.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry’s close friend Nacho Figueras told CBS earlier this week that the Duke of Sussex asks every hotel he stays in to “use less plastic”.
He said: “Prince Harry talked to a person [who worked for the hotel] and said, ‘This morning I got my coffee and I saw that you have a plastic thing on the coffee. And then I also sent my shirt and I got my shirt in a big plastic bag.”
The Prince then urged the hotel to cut back on their unnecessary plastic usage where possible.

In more Royal Family news, Meghan Markle and Archie are “doing baby yoga together” as part of a “holistic” post-birth fitness regime, a royal biographer has claimed.
And bookies have slashed the odds on Meghan Markle having a second baby next year after being “inundated” with bets.
Plus Meghan Markle and Rihanna have “secretly become friends” and bonded over their need for “total privacy”, new reports have claimed.
