A WOMAN banned from pooing or urinating in public has breached the court order nearly 20 times in two years.
Sheila McGibbon, 52, was barred in August 2017 until 2022.
She admitted breaching the order twice in April and May while drunk.
McGibbon, of Southbourne, Dorset, has a long history of offending in nearby Christchurch.
She is not allowed to take alcohol into the town or Bournemouth.
She was fined £100 by Poole magistrates but will not have to pay as she has spent so long in custody awaiting a hearing.
The court order lasts till 2022 but the Sheila has defied it nearly 20 times and now she’s been hauled back to Poole magistrates court.
The court heard the first offence was in Purewell on April 26th this year when she was drunk in public and had an open can of alcohol.
PC Matt Leeding, of Christchurch Neighbourhood Policing Team, said when she appeared in court last October “Sheila McGibbon is a persistent offender who has a large number of convictions for various anti-social behaviour-related offences in Bournemouth and Christchurch which has often been fuelled by the consumption of alcohol.
“I hope this order will curb her behaviour and reduce the impact it has on others in the community, while ensuring she receives the appropriate help and support.”
