THE ex-fiancee of a Jeremy Kyle guest who died after appearing on the show claims she has been branded a “cheating slapper” by trolls.
Jane Callaghan says she has been hounded on social media by sick users calling her a “s**t” after Steven Dymond, 63, died in Gosport on May 9.

The 63-year-old is believed to have taken a fatal overdose after failing a love-cheat lie detector test on the show – with pals fearing he took his own life.
Jane, who split with Steven after the cheating claims were aired, said: “The worst part is the comments. They are making out like I am the bad person.
“I have done nothing wrong. He cheated on me and I was completely in the dark about everything else he had done.
“He was a monster but he doesn’t deserve this now and neither do I. I cared about him and he loved me.”
ITV axed the Jeremy Kyle Show in the wake of Steven’s death, with the broadcaster now asking for more time to investigate.
An inquest opened and adjourned into his death this week heard he was “growing concerned about the repercussions of the show”.
Portsmouth Coroner’s Court was told there was no suggestion of any third party involvement and his death is being treated as a “suspected suicide”.
The hearing heard how Steven was discovered at his home by his landlady Michelle Thaxter and her son Sam Kendall on May 9 – days after appearing on the show.
He was surrounded by empty boxes of painkillers and cards and letters addressed to Jane and son Carl.
Detective Sergeant Marcus Mills, who attended the scene, said Steven had made a comment about “taking all the [painkillers] on the way home from the show”.
He said: “Steven had told Michelle and Sam he had been in a relationship with a female named Jane.
“They had split up and he had been kicked out of the house following allegations he had been cheating.
“Steven had also mentioned they were going to go on the Jeremy Kyle show for a lie detector test to get everything sorted.
“Steven told Michelle that things didn’t go well on the show.
“He became angry when talking about Jane. He became concerned about the repercussions of the show and the rumours that had started as a result.”
EVERY 90 minutes in the UK a life is lost to suicide.
It doesn’t discriminate, touching the lives of people in every corner of society – from the homeless and unemployed to builders and doctors, reality stars and footballers.
It’s the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.
And men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.
Yet it’s rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.
That is why The Sun launched the You’re Not Alone campaign.
The aim is that by sharing practical advice, raising awareness and breaking down the barriers people face when talking about their mental health, we can all do our bit to help save lives.
Let’s all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others… You’re Not Alone.
If you, or anyone you know, needs help dealing with mental health problems, the following organisations provide support:
There are currently no results from the post mortem and a full inquest will be held on November 21.
Kyle, on a £2million-a-year ITV contract, spoke out over Steven’s death, saying: “Myself and the production team are utterly devastated.”
His ex-fiancée Jane claims that Steve was determined to go in front of the cameras despite having underlying health concerns.
She also said the digger driver got a doctor’s letter confirming he was medically fit so he could take the show’s test and convince her he had not been unfaithful.
But Steven was discovered dead by his landlady just ten days after appearing on the show.
He had sent a tragic final text to Jane saying he “couldn’t live without her”.
Friends described his appearance on the show as the “last straw” in his turbulent personal life.
Since his death, Dymond’s estranged wife Dianne Healing has come forward to claim that Steve killed himself because he was scared of being exposed as a paedophile.
She married him in 2004 after he drove past her and asked her out on a date but they split four months later after he was arrested over allegations he was a paedophile.
The 48-year-old claimed Dymond, who was questioned by police but not charged with any offence, may have “preyed” on victims.
She said: “He’s being treated as a martyr but I want people to know what he was really like. He’s actually a paedophile.
“Seeing all the coverage has brought back the trauma. Seeing how people feel sorry for him, it’s soul-destroying.
“It was disgusting and vile what he did and he was a prolific liar. The people feeling sympathy have no idea what he was like.
“There was lie after lie after lie.
“I think he took advantage of me because he was 15 years older than me when I met him.”
The Jeremy Kyle Show has been running on ITV since July 2005 with 16 seasons airing on a daytime schedule.
It often leads viewers divided with some questioning whether Jeremy Kyle helps his guests or subjects them to ridicule.
The presenter signed a new three-year contract with ITV worth a reported £2million a year in 2014, making him one of the country’s highest-earning daytime hosts.
