A MAN who had his penis and testicles removed insists that it has improved his sex life and feels like more of a man than before.
Gregg, 31, is ‘Nullo’ – someone who has had a severe body modification – after he spent years of hating his own penis.
Speaking to Queerty.com, Gregg said: “Ever since I was a kid, my body just didn’t feel like it fit. I always looked at my junk and was like, ‘why is it here? This is kind of weird-looking'”
He said how even as a child he would tuck his penis between his legs because it made him feel better.
When he was in his early teens he came across stories from people who were Nullo and he suddenly felt like he had found a community and people who understood how he was feeling.
He said that the moment he discovered the term Nullo, everything became “black and white.”
After lots of research and careful thinking, he contacted a number of transgender surgeons and explained his situation.
He found a surgeon willing to do the work and in 2016 he had his genitalia completely removed.
I go to the nude beaches all the time, it’s fine. It’s great.

During the drastic surgery, Gregg’s penis, testicles, and scrotum are removed and the skin is then sewn up into a very tight vertical line.
Men like Gregg tend to be called “eunuchs”, but sometimes this also means when someone who has been castrated involuntarily, so
Gregg, who identifies as a cls-gender man, says: “I would say I basically identify as a guy who’s missing some of the usually associated parts that come with the package. I still prefer he/his/him. I identify as masculine — it’s actually honestly been great.”
When it comes to urinating, Gregg explained that he goes in the same way that a woman does.
He explains that he is on testosterone and still has an ‘orgasmic response’ and will reach climax through prostate stimulation.
Gregg also has all the nerves from where his penis once was and over the course of several months they regrow, and he also has an ‘internal stump’ that he can move to give himself pleasure.
According to Queerty, it’s unclear how many men identify as Nullos or Smoothies, but it’s thought that only 30 percent of them reveal their body modification to their families and only 11 percent tell their friends.
A 2014 study said most will idenify as gender neutral or agender after the surgery.
Gregg said: “I’ve been debating being much more open about it. But at the end of the day, everybody now knows in my life, with the exception of my immediate co-workers and my parents. All my friends know, everybody I’m socially connected with knows. I go to the nude beaches all the time, it’s fine. It’s great.
