A COUPLE have revealed how they claim to have communicated with their babies through hypnosis while they were still in their mother’s womb.
Daniel, 38, and Nini Tolson, 39, who split their time between Sydney, Australia, and Taipei, Taiwan, turned to the ‘pendulum’ hypnosis technique after they almost lost their first child.
Nini described her pregnancy with their daughter Nakita as a ‘roller coaster ride’ after almost losing her three times due to constant bleeding and sickness throughout the pregnancy.
The couple had found out they were pregnant as Nini was in physical rehabilitation for a permanent disability from an accident two years earlier – and the new arrival didn’t make anything easier.
“When we learned that she was pregnant we were on top of the world,” Daniel told the Mail Online. “But over the following six months, things went from bad to worse.”
The mother-of-two was forced to return to Taiwan after being made redundant from a job in Dubai, with her husband having no choice but to move with his wife.
“These are the reasons why hypnosis has been so important,” he continued. “I wanted my daughter to be comfortable in the womb whilst she went through all of that with us.”
Daniel’s conversations with the couple’s children started as soon as they knew Nini was pregnant, using a pendulum, usually a pendant on a long string, to communicate with the fetuses.
While babies in utero are pre-linguistic and cannot communicate through words, the pair believe their children could communicate with them non-verbally.
Daniel added: “Mothers intuitively know things. An example is when mummy eats a certain food the baby can get excited, or when mummy is sick or emotionally drained the baby will not move.
“As we communicate to our babies verbally, asking them questions, the pendulum picks up their response through micro muscle movements in the mother’s body.
“It identifies the babies responses and makes the communication visible through the sway of the pendulum. It is a very unique and powerful form of intelligence.”
The parents hail the technique as forming the deep relationships they have with their children Nakita and Caesar – allowing themselves to get to know their children even before they were born.
“By the time they were both born, we had hundreds of interactions and forms of communication over the previous seven to nine months,” Daniel said.
And even once the children were born, in their early weeks and months of life the parents continued to use the pendulum to talk with their children while they slept.
Daniel believes that this early form of communication is what has helped his children be well-rounded, engaging and confident individuals.
“We have seen how different our kids are since the day they were born compared to a lot of other kids. They rarely cry or whinge and are very easy to look after,” Nini agreed.
“We believe because the hypnosis we did during both of their pregnancies eliminated the stress and discomfort of them being in the womb, it made both Nakita and Caesar independent and outgoing.”
In other news, this first-time mum, 29, says her drug-free hypnobirth was entirely pain free because ‘endorphins are more powerful than morphine’.
While this baby who was born with a gigantic tumour attached to his spine has defied the odds after his parents refused to terminate.
And a mum has praised a £5 ‘miracle’ cream for healing her baby’s bleeding eczemathat left him constantly fighting infections.
