THIS is the horrifying moment bodies are hurled through the air as a speeding car ploughs into a crowd.
Two men are mowed down by the motor after a row allegedly erupted inside a nearby shisha bar in Blackburn, Lancs.
In shocking footage the victims hit the bonnet with a thud before crashing onto the tarmac.
The car then speeds off as members of the crowd rush to the aid of the men injured.
Three men later received hospital treatment for broken bones and internal injuries.
Lancashire Constabulary said men were armed with “weapons including bats and crow bars” when they were called to the scene outside the Dahna Lounge bar on March 15.
Officers arrested one 24-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder and four others, aged between 20 and 25, on suspicion of violent disorder.
Det Insp Nikki Bithell, of Lancashire Police, said: “This was a serious incident with significant violence evidenced at the scene by in excess of 15 to 20 people. It is a miracle there were no fatalities as a result of this disorder.
“The police still have a number of people to speak to and it is anticipated that further arrests will be made in due course.”
The crash, thought to have taken place last week, was uploaded on Facebook last night and has attracted thousands of views.
It begins with a group of men crowding around a white Audi sports car with some shouting at the drivers and hitting the bonnet angrily.
But after a few minutes a dark coloured car races into the picture nowhere and smashes into the crowd.
Chris O’Hear’s uploaded with the clip with the caption: “WTF. In Blackburn outside dessert shop. This is not my video nor do I know the people in this video, but I hope everyone involved is ok.”
Mohammed Malek said: “To anyone asking, it’s in Blackburn, one of the lads is in hospital but recovering and one is still in a coma.
He later added: “A kick off happened inside the sheesha [sic] bar it then escalated outside and the lad who got ran over was helping.
Reacting to the incident, Leah Dale commented: “Omg are them people ok? What a world we live in.”
Peter Newbury said: “What the actual f***, that’s savage.”
