A SICK jihadi prisoner carved an ISIS slogan into a rival lag’s forehead during a barbaric attack – before describing his victim as an Islamic State “sketch pad”.
Bourhan Hraichie, 21, used a razor to carve “E4E” – which stands for the ISIS slogan “eye for an eye” – into cellmate Michael O’Keefe’s head in 2016.
The warped fanatic also whipped his victim with an electrical chord and tried to waterboard him during the bloody assault at a prison in New South Wales, Australia.
New footage obtained by 9News shows the cell covered in blood with injured O’Keefe on the floor while his attacker is restrained by guards.
As a result of the attack, Hraichie was moved to a maximum security jail – where he threatened to behead Australia’s prisons boss for “oppressing him”, Daily Mail Australia reports.
In a letter, he wrote: “I will personally execute you in public.”
He also referenced his brutal attack on former soldier O’Keefe, saying: “I turned your Army soldier into an Islamic State sketch pad.”
The NSW Supreme Court heard on Monday that ISIS supporter Hraichie planned to murder correctional officers.
And he planned a truck terror attack by ploughing through revellers of Sydney’s gay and lesbian Mardi Gras parade in 2017 if he was released on parole.
The terror nut is due to be sentenced on Wednesday after pleading guilty to four charges including preparing for a terrorist act and grievous bodily harm.
In a police interview, Hraichie also praised the killer of Sydney police accountant Curtis Cheng as a “little lion” for the “fear he put in the hearts of Australia”.
He also said that if he walked free he would not hesitate in carrying out an attack.
