PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN star Kylian Mbappe’s father has been in “constant contact” with Real Madrid over a summer move for his son, according to claims.
But the French star, 20, reportedly wants to win the Champions League with PSG before leaving the Ligue 1 champs.
Los Blancos want to usher in the second Zinedine Zidane era with a mind-boggling £240million move for the French World Cup winner.
PSG might be forced to flog their star in order to comply with Uefa Financial Fair Play regulations and plug a £130m gap.
And according to reliable PSG fansite Paris United, Mbappe’s father and agent Wilfried has been in “constant talks” with Real Madrid over a summer move for his son.
But PSG’s early Champions League exit, caused by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United, is believed to have swayed the forward’s mind.
Mbappe reportedly wants to win the elite competition with the French outfit before taking a next step in his career.
The PSG ace does not want to leave Parc des Princes on the back of a failure.
He even admitted the 3-1 defeat to United, which dumped the Parisians out of the Champions League, left him enduring some sleepless nights.
But once the dust settled, he vowed to make another run for the European trophy and promised not to give up on the club.
Mbappe said: “I’ll be there, that’s for sure.
“I still believe in this project, and I’m sure we’ll do something good at this club.”
The Frenchman has been in terrific form this season, scoring 31 goals and adding 15 assists in 35 games.
Mbappe has even been tipped to become the next Ballon d’Or winner amid his spectacular performances.
