Last summer, I experienced the water myself, frolicking in small town of Avène, France, where the brand’s thermal-spring water flows. I stayed at the hydrotherapy center, which has tailored and intensive treatments for the most severe skin concerns. There are dermatologists, hydrotherapists, and nurses, all of whom provide the utmost care to patients. While my skin doesn’t become inflamed often and wasn’t irritated when I got the treatment, I was still in the south of France in the middle of summer where redness and sun irritation was possible. Instead, my skin was soothed and unbelievably soft following the treatment. Following the trip, the thermal-spring-water face mist was one I turned to because I liked how it made my skin feel, especially after a super-sweaty workout or in the middle of a hot beach day on vacation.
