Tengrinews.kz – Users from the US, as well as from a number of European countries, including Germany and the Netherlands, have complained about problems accessing the OpenAI service.
OpenAI has confirmed that ChatGPT and the Sora AI video generation service are working "with a large number of errors." The company has promised to find out what is going on.
ChatGPT and other OpenAI products are also unavailable in Kazakhstan.
The service's problems are evidenced by user messages on the Downdetector portal.
Users are also complaining about problems with Microsoft and Xbox Live services.
