Tengrinews.kz – Belarusian Ambassador Pavel Utyupin was invited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting between Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu and Ambassador Utyupin discussed current issues of Kazakh-Belarusian cooperation both bilaterally and within multilateral organizations.
"In particular, the minister noted that Kazakhstan conducts a peaceful foreign policy in accordance with the UN Charter and international law, and is convinced that all disputes should be resolved through political and diplomatic means," the press release states.
In the current geopolitical conditions, the foreign policy course developed by the Head of State has proven effective, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted.
In this context, the minister urged the Belarusian side to "objectively assess Astana's position regarding ongoing processes.”
