This was such a great thread.
I've recently came back from a groin strain,
after watching this video
it seems I have exceeded my capacity to recover after going from pretty much zero exercise for 3 months to trying to get a decent level of fitness back.
I did have it in a bad way around 10 years ago but it finally shifted after some excellent insoles.
It has came back more in my left foot recently.

I think it’s brilliant, and I think if I was a manager I would play a similar style. I’m surprised more managers don’t, for a few reasons.
Recruitment must be much easier. Lots of fantastic head it and kick it defenders, great shop stoppers or workhorse midfielders around that aren’t as in demand. They wouldn’t command much of a fee, not much competition and wages wouldn’t be crazy. In comparison every man and his dog wants a left footed ball playing centre half so they are like gold dust. They were very competitive last year albeit finishing 10th. They have added a couple of strikers but their style of play is basically the same this season as last. They get the ball forward quickly and are not afraid ti shot
